WHAT WE DO.

We support Communities.

We raise funds, and then give our time and our money to help others, principally in the local Community, but also nationally and internationally through other Rotary Clubs around the world.

FUNDRAISING.

Our main fund raising event each year is a Dragon Boat Race, which has raised over £350,000.00 over the last 10 years. 75% of the money raised goes to a multitude of Charities chosen by each team, and the balance goes into our Rotary Charity Account for distribution to other local Charities supported regularly by Huddersfield Rotary Club. Other fundraising events include Silent Auctions, Frugal Meals, International Suppers etc.Dragonboat

WE REALLY ARE FOR COMMUNITIES  – AND WE GET SATISFACTION FROM HELPING OTHERS, AT THE SAME TIME ENJOYING THE FELLOWSHIP WE GET FROM BEING A ROTARIAN.
